The initiative is implemented by a transnational consortium of partners, each bringing unique expertise:

Envolve Entrepreneurship (Cyprus)

Envolve Entrepreneurship is a non-profit, business support organization that has been at the forefront of global entrepreneurial support, since its establishment in 2012. The organization champions founders and ignites innovation through an open startup ecosystem founded on efficiency, transparency, and growth. Envolve acts as an innovation and knowledge hub, offering cutting-edge upskilling, valuable resources, support for founders, and impactful innovation and digital transformation services to the global community.    

Nurturing the next generation of global disruptors, Envolve re-introduces its flagship program, EnvolveXL, building upon the proven track record of Envolve Award Greece. The program has fueled the growth of 37 businesses and has injected over €6,000,000 into the economy, while fostering job creation and economic welfare. Through dozens of acceleration programs and innovation activities, Envolve has supported hundreds of entrepreneurs in Greece, Europe and the U.S.A. 

University of Lapland (Finland)

The Arctic Centre (AC) is a national and international hub of information and a centre of excellence that conducts multidisciplinary research on changes in the Arctic region. The Arctic Centre conducts locally, regionally, and internationally significant research to address societal and environmental challenges; compiles, popularizes, and communicates Arctic issues to experts, decision-makers, and the general public. The Arctic Centre is located in the Arktikum House together with the Provincial Museum of Lapland. Over 100,000 people visit the Arktikum House every year, half of them tourists from abroad. The exhibitions available in the Arktikum House display the results of Arctic research interactively and inform about the nature and people of the Arctic region.

ASOFUER (Canary Islands, Spain)

Founded in 2015, ASOFUER represents and supports businesses in Fuerteventura’s tourism sector, which drives 85% of the island’s GDP. Beyond hotels, it unites all tourism-related businesses, advocating for industry growth, innovation, and sustainability.

With 45+ members, 68 establishments, and 19,000+ hotel beds, ASOFUER is a key voice in regional and national tourism policies. It fosters public-private collaboration, helping businesses navigate challenges like economic shifts and rising costs.

ASOFUER aims to strengthen Fuerteventura as a top tourist destination and invites businesses to join in shaping its future.
