EnvolveXL: Global Teams in Acceleration Mode, Leading Startup Success
Envolve welcomes 20 teams to support their journey to investment readiness.
Athens, 10 April 2025 – Envolve Entrepreneurship (https://envolveglobal.org) kicks-off the second cohort of its leading acceleration program, EnvolveXL. Following the dynamic outcome of its first acceleration program and the successful first VC investments for two cohort members, Envolve welcomes the 20 new startups joining an intensive bootcamp, which includes training and mentoring. This year’s cohort stands out for its diversity and global background. Operating from 6 different countries, and teams spreading across Europe and the U.S.A., from which 60% are led by women co-founders, they all address the accelerator’s thematic impact, the digital & sustainable transformation of the economy, through diverse products and services. Operating in 12 industries, this year’s cohort has a strong presence in the HealthTech and TravelTech sectors, while most of them are heavily enabled by AI.
Welcoming the second cohort, Alexandros Nousias, Managing Director of Envolve Entrepreneurship, mentioned: “We are thrilled and deeply inspired by this diverse group of changemakers. This flagship program, under Envolve’s Founders Support pillar, is designed to provide startups with resources, mentorship from over 40 industry experts, and networking opportunities to propel their growth and scale their businesses. The 20 selected teams will participate in a Bootcamp stage, after which 15 teams will be selected to participate in the main acceleration program. Among these teams, and through a live pitching session and progress demonstrated, Envolve will select the 5 teams who will receive investments of up to 265,000€ from EnvolveXL’s founding sponsor, Libra Philanthropies (https://libraphilanthropies.org/), as part of the program’s “Investing for Good” approach.

In partnership with New Agriculture New Generation (https://newagri.org/), the winning team of the Trophy Challenge, SoilSight, has the chance to attend EnvolveXL’s Bootcamp stage and receive substantial support and guidance for their product’s validation.
Throughout this second cycle of the EnvolveXL program, these startups will engage in an intensive 4-month acceleration program, including support from ideation to investment, expert-designed courses, advisory board services, demo days, mentorship, international networking, and investment opportunities. Envolve aims to support 100 high-impact teams in 5 years, with the potential to enable new economic models that revolutionize the way global business is done, with a focus on digital transformation and sustainability.
