From Acceleration to Investment: Envolve Invests in Five Startups

  • An initial investment of €62,500 is being announced, with up to €200,000 in additional investments to follow through the EnvolveXL accelerator

  • Applications open for the 4th cycle of the acceleration programme

Athens, 7 October 2026 – Envolve Entrepreneurship (envolveglobal.org) is investing in the people behind the startups participating in the EnvolveXL business acceleration programme, providing funding to five teams through a total initial investment of €62,500. These companies will have the opportunity to progress to the programme’s final evaluation stage, through which up to three businesses may secure additional investments up to €200,000 under the programme’s “Investing for Good” investment approach.

At the same time, Envolve is announcing the launch of the 4th cycle of EnvolveXL, offering a new generation of startups the opportunity to accelerate their growth and become part of a global network of entrepreneurs and organisations.

The investment made through EnvolveXL builds on the progress the companies have already achieved during the acceleration programme. From developing key skills and benefiting from the expertise of leading mentors, to strengthening their investment readiness and attracting market investors through an intensive business acceleration process, the teams have evolved into companies with strong growth potential. The investment represents an additional recognition of their momentum, progress and readiness for the next stage of growth.

Meet the five startups

The startups receiving the initial investment of €12,500 each are:

The transition of these five companies to the investment stage marks the continuation of the support they have received through the programme, including access to knowledge, targeted guidance, business networking and investment-readiness support.

The selection process assessed the companies’ overall progress throughout the programme, as well as their investment readiness and strategy. Particular emphasis was placed on the sustainability of their business models, product maturity, team potential and commitment, and prospects for growth and scalability. The evaluation also took into account each company’s financial planning, exit strategy, and alignment with Envolve’s investment strategy.

Alexandros Nousias, Managing Director of Envolve Entrepreneurship, stated:

“At Envolve, we believe that behind every new business are people with the potential to create meaningful change. Through this initial investment, we want to give these teams the opportunity to test their solutions in real market conditions, learn from the market and gather the data they need to support their next stage of growth, while also helping them attract additional investment. The investment stage of EnvolveXL is another tool within the holistic support we provide to founders and their teams, and another step in our ongoing effort to create meaningful opportunities for growth.”
