What I do now: I’m the co-founder of Coaching by Blinkist and lead the Blinkist Learning Solutions team. I’m also a certified Executive Coach.

Where I come from: I’m an HR all-rounder with hands-on experience across the entire employee lifecycle – including Talent Acquisition, L&D, HR Consulting, and Business Partnering. I’ve worked across diverse sectors such as Tech, Management Consulting, E-Commerce, and Global Operations.
