Desy Karaphanska is Entrepreneur and Sustainable Development Advisor and founding member of the NPO “Atraktos” (atraktos.org). She participates as mentor and advisor at various initiatives which are in the sector of people’s development.

She has participated as a panel speaker of the World Economic Forum at Davos, a TEDX speaker as well as speaker at other conferences.

She is a Climate Reality Leader at the Climate Reality Project, which is established and managed by the awarded with Nobel and former Vice President of the U.S.A. Al Gore. She is also Community Champion, responsible for the Balkan, Greek, Cypriot and Turkish region of the Global Shapers Community, an initiative of the World Economic Forum as well as Responsible Leader of the BMW Foundation. She also speaks 6 languages and is an abstract artist.
