Konstantinos Lafkas is the only certified Scaling Up Coach and ExO Ambassador & Coach in Greece, as well as the initiator of the MicroGlobalism movement. He has served for more than 25 years in high and C level positions in Greek multinationals all over the globe and counts over 2 billion in sales and projects in many different domains. As a Partner and Co-Founder at Uni.Fund, the first fund in Greece connected to universities, R&D and Tech Spaces, he develops the Greek VC and entrepreneurial ecosystem. He is expanding the community of Exponential Organizations in collaboration with the core team in the US, analyzing the best practices of unicorn companies. He has been trained in specific managerial areas in highly ranked Universities like Stanford, Babson, IMD, INSEAD and Ashridge. He holds an MSc in Mechanical Engineering (NTU), an MBA (IMD Lausanne) and an MSc in Decision Sciences (AUEB). Member of TEE, the Greek Association of Engineers, and various other alumni clubs.

Konstantinos Lafkas has contributed significantly to Greece’s venture capital and entrepreneurial ecosystem. As a Partner and Co-Founder at Uni.Fund, which launched in 2017, he has overseen the management of 90 million euros, fostering the creation of over 600 new jobs through 33 investments both in Greece and abroad. Concurrently, he established MicroGlobals, a boutique business coaching firm that focuses on scaling up businesses through the application of the Scaling Up methodology, the key manual book of which he has translated into Greek. His efforts offer a new perspective on the value and utilization of Greek talent and quality products in the global market.
