About Marios Mark Chryssolouris
Marios has a diploma in mechanical engineering from the National Technical University of Athens. He has done research on Computational Fluid Dynamics. Marios Mark has worked as a consultant at EY focusing on innovation and analytics. His first startup FreshStrips won the support of Envolve (HEA) and focus on liquid crystal technology. His current startup SuSea works on food technologies to extend the shelf life of seafood. He has also been part of the Scientific Council of Greece focusing on agrifood.
