Panos brings 20 yrs of experience in business transformation, organisational restructuring and people management. Having worked for both international and local organisations he has an abundance of experience in driving growth through people for numerous organisations ranging from startups and SMEs to fortune 500. As Director at a global incubator/accelerator program in Greece, he provided entrepreneurial education by guiding entrepreneurs step-by-step on how to get from an idea to an up and running start-up. He has delivered trainings to more than 10 start-up initiatives over the past 13 yrs. In his current role as HR Advisory Partner at PfB, he has led all organizational restructuring consulting projects with major clients from the manufacturing, shipping, energy and financial services industries. He has implemented trainings at all hierarchical levels of organizations to deal with resistance to change. He has also conducted Board assessments.
