Youth Living Labs is a transformative initiative that empowers young people to lead innovative projects addressing local challenges. By fostering co-creation and collaboration, the project aims to develop sustainable solutions that benefit both youth and their communities. Youth Living Labs aims to reimagine how youth contribute to society by providing them with a platform to innovate and solve real-world problems. Project Objectives:
- Engage young people in open innovation practices through design thinking methodologies and digital tools.
- Improve entrepreneurial, innovation, and digital skills of young people, especially NEETs.
- Support the connection between young beneficiaries, companies, and startup ecosystems.
- Promote practical, experiential learning through real business challenges and mentoring activities.
- Strengthen youth employability and facilitate smoother transition into the labour market.
- Foster collaboration between youth organisations, businesses, and innovation ecosystems at local and international level.
- Develop and promote the Youth Living Labs model as a sustainable and replicable methodology.
Envolve Entrepreneurship actively participates in the implementation of the YouthLivingLabs project, bringing extensive expertise in entrepreneurship, innovation, and startup support. Within the project, Envolve mainly contributes to the development and implementation of the mentoring programme and experimentation activities under WP6, supporting participants in developing innovative solutions to real business challenges. At the same time, the organisation provides expertise in design thinking, open innovation, and entrepreneurial development, while strengthening the connection between young people, startup ecosystems, and the labour market. In addition, Envolve supports dissemination, networking, and sustainability activities to promote the Youth Living Labs model at local and international level.
