Natalia Megaliou started at Envolve Entrepreneurship as a Marketing and Communications Intern and now works as Marketing and Operations Assistant, supporting communications initiatives, ecosystem engagement activities, and streamlining operational processes to ensure projects run efficiently.
Natalia is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of The American College of Greece, earning a B.A. in Communications with a minor in Art History. During her studies, she balanced full-time coursework with multiple campus roles, including Student Assistant positions in the Admissions and Graduate Admissions Offices, and later supported academic publications as a Research Assistant in the Communications Department.
With over five years of professional experience and more than ten distinct roles across higher education, hospitality, retail, business operations, and the public sector, Natalia has developed strong experience in strategic communication, research, and organizational management. She expanded her experience through an internship at the U.S. Embassy in Athens, where she managed VAT exemption processes and submitted receipts to the Office of Foreign Affairs, strengthening her analytical and administrative skills, as well as her ability to comply with strict diplomatic regulations.
In parallel, she contributed to her family business in events & production management, advancing from Operations Intern to Operations Manager, where she optimized processes, conducted financial analysis, coordinated workflows, and led teams. Her multidisciplinary background—spanning research, operations, communications, and administration—provides her with a practical, versatile perspective in any professional setting.
