As a VC-backed start-up, we help Organizations source, attract, and hire top talented people within 10 working days. My Role at College is to help our start-up grow 2,5x YOY and exceed our investors’ expectations. I currently focus more on Medium and Large (50-500) Tech Companies in Greece who need to hire top talented developers. I chose this niche since we have the first-hand experience, not only on how difficult it is for small-sized tech companies like us to complete this task, but also how important it is.
