I’m a product strategy leader (ex-investment banker) who builds from 0 to 1, stabilizes slipping projects, and scales what works. My focus is straightforward: define the problem with customers, align Engineering/Data/Design and go-to-market around a small set of KPIs, and ship iteratively until the numbers move.

Recently I worked on data-heavy products at Lloyd’s List Intelligence (web/mobile/APIs) and led a workflow/content platform at Dialectica. Highlights include turning a repeatedly delayed beta into an on-time launch with meaningful UX/workflow improvements, co-leading a mobile app, introducing clear data contracts and API versioning (supporting key client migrations and a path to Snowflake), and automations that cut turnaround from two days to four hours while scaling monthly output from ~400 to ~8,000. I’ve also managed ~£14M ACV and delivered double-digit growth with customer-led features.

Day to day, I’m hands-on: customer interviews and roundtables, BRDs and acceptance criteria, quick prototypes (including AI/LLM-assisted), and tight delivery cadences with engineering. I make decisions with high autonomy within agreed governance, keep stakeholders on one scoreboard, and measure outcomes over activity.

I’m curious by default and client-obsessed. I care less about titles and more about mission, people, and impact. Outside work: volunteering, skiing, cooking, and learning.
