Katerina Fragkou

Project Manager

Katerina Fragkou is a Project Manager at Envolve Entrepreneurship, where she contributes to the planning and implementation of programs, events, and initiatives that empower startups and entrepreneurs. In her role, she collaborates with startups, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders, contributing to the effective coordination and delivery of projects and related activities.
Before joining Envolve Entrepreneurship, she worked at Social Dynamo of the Bodossaki Foundation, where she was responsible for the design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of capacity-building programs and initiatives for civil society organisations, including training programs, mentoring schemes, and professional support services.
She is certified in Project Management and MEAL (PM4NGO), and holds an MA in Museology & Cultural Management, and a BA in Greek Philology from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She has also completed the “Essentials Course” coaching program by Erickson Coaching International, further strengthening her executive and team coaching practice.
