Marica Labrou is the Founder and CEO of CEL (Compassionate Entrepreneurial Leadership) consulting company, Senior Business Advisor, Bod member, Writer, and Speaker.

She is the writer of the book “Secrets of success for family businesses in the new era” (2020), also a contributor to the book “60 Leaders on Innovation” (2021).

She currently serves as a BoD member at DEPA SA (natural gas – Hellenic energy company), also as an Independent (non-Executive) BoD member and President of the Audit committee at Entersoft S.A. (business software and services provider, member of Athens Stock Exchange Market), and as a BoD member at Focus Bari (research agency) enhancing corporate governance in those organizations.

She has more than 30 years of extensive managerial experience in several multinational & Greek companies, mainly in the IT sector, from Product Management & Business Development (BSH and HP) to Channel & Business Solutions Management (Microsoft) to General Management (Intersys SA), Managing Director and CEO positions (SingularLogic Group, KAFKAS).

Her educational background provides a solid combination of Engineering (Chemical Engineer of the University of Patras) and Business (MBA from La Verne University).

She is active in a number of institutes: Member of NED (Non-executive Directors) Club, Mentor at Endeavor Greece, Mentor at Women On Top, member of GBRW – Global Board Ready Women, member of TGL (The Global Leaders) network. She also participates in the Advisory Boards of two departments of AUEB (Athens University of Economics and Business).

Previously, she has  been Vice-Chair of ACEO (ΕΑΣΕ) BoD, Member of WiΒ Committee of the American-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce, Angel-Ambassador of “Mellon” Skills Initiative, Coach in SEV’s (Hellenic Federation of Enterprises) Productivity Network and BoD member for the Federation of Hellenic Information Technology & Communications Enterprises (SEPE), also President of the Steering Committee of 2014 ACEO Leadership Congress.
